The good news is that our posted rate per night is what you pay - it includes taxes and we don’t add a charge for cleaning, like some places do. We do have a fee for dogs, but that’s it!
As stated below we have a 3 night minimum from May to September.

Taxes are included. A minimum 3 night stay is required during high season.
High Season (May through September):
$250 per night
Dogs - $10 per night per dog
Low Season (October through April):
$175 per night
Dogs - $10 per night per dog

POLICIES:
- We accept Visa and MasterCard, but prefer Interac transfer or cash.
- We ask for a credit card number to hold your reservation - no charge is processed against your card.
- No cancellation charge with 24 hours notice (hey - stuff happens!). The only exception to this is for weekly stays from May through September - then we require a 20% deposit which is non refundable without 2 weeks notice of cancellation.
- Check in after 2 pm. Check out by 11 am.
- Smoking: No smoking indoors. Smoking outside is ok.
- Pets: Resident pets include our 8 year old chocolate lab Bree, plus one cat. Dogs are welcome but must be approved in advance. Pet fee is $10 per night per dog.
