The good news is that we don't charge tax because only B&Bs with more than 3 rooms are required to collect and remit taxes - this means you don't pay any tax on top of the rate, as you would if staying in a hotel.  We also have a slightly lower rate if you stay more than one night.
Low season rates are available from October through April.

Rates

High Season (May to September):
1 night - $165/night
2 or more nights - $155/night
Weekly - please enquire
Dogs - $10/night per dog

Note: Minimum 2 night stay required from July 1 to September 30.

Policies

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and Interac transfers.
  • We ask for a credit card number to hold your reservation - no charge is processed against your card.
  • No cancellation charge with 24 hours notice, because "stuff happens".  The only exception to this is for weekly stays from May through September - then we require a 20% deposit which is nonrefundable without 2 weeks notice of cancellation, unless we have someone on a waiting list looking for those dates.
  • We are open year-round.
  • Check in after 2 pm. Check out at 11 am.
  • No smoking indoors. Smoking outside is ok.
  • Resident pets include a golden retriever (Tess), chocolate lab (Bree) and one cat (Doodle). Dogs are welcome but must be approved in advance. Pet fee is $10 per night per dog.
